The process called Focusing works by paying attention to our bodily experience in the moment, in a safe way, with a friend, allowing the blurred, resisted, held and blocked currents in that flow of experience to come into focus. Focusing supports our Dharma practice by giving us more approaches to establishing mindfulness and metta - and to be a good listener, which deepens spiritual friendship. Open to those who have completed a meditation course.
