On this day Sarvananda, author of 'Solitude and Loneliness' and 'Meaning in Life', will examine how we might find creative responses to our harsh self criticism. And how being kind to yourself is the basis of a healthy Buddhist and meditative practice. For all those familiar with our two meditation practices.
