Living Awareness Meditation Day

A silent day of meditation. An opportunity to experience a deeper atmosphere of stillness and calm. An introduction to visualisation and its benefits to meditation will also be part of the day's meditations.
Open to serious meditators with at least 6 months of regular meditation practice. Booking essential.
