Online Intro Buddhist Meditation Course - Loving Kindness
Meditation is the means through which we develop our awareness, learn stillness and contentment, kindness and compassion. In this 4 week course you will learn the Metta Bhavana (loving kindness meditation) which helps to develop self awareness and positive emotion for ourselves and others.
This course is coupled with the 4 week Beginners Mindfulness of Breathing course.
