Connecting with Non-Judgmental Awareness
Yoga is a doorway through we gain access to the quiet workings of our mind. After a short meditation, in the first half of the workshop, we'll reconnect with basic standing and siting postures, exploring our responses to physical sensations. The second half of the workshop will be more meditative, with slower movements culminating in a seated meditation and a final savasana.
