Living awareness Meditation Day - Working with the Mind in Meditation
A silent day of exploratory and progressive meditation in shorter sessions. This is an opportunity to develop a more profound experience and understanding of mind in meditation, all in an atmosphere of stillness and calm. Open only to serious meditators having not less than 6 months of regular dedicated meditation practice.
