Meditation morning led by Bodhivajra
A meditation morning (on Zoom) based on the Four Foundations of Mindfulness (Satipatthana) - body, feelings, mind, dharmas. We’ll begin by “contemplating the body in the body”, and “contemplating the feelings in the feelings”, and see how far we get. It will be a practice session with led meditations, rather than a study session. We’ll be going into our direct experience, clearly and calmly knowing what is happening right now. This is the basis for insight, awakening, understanding.
You don’t need to have any previous knowledge or experience of Satipatthana, but ideally you would have at least a year of meditation experience behind you and a currently active meditation practice.
