An Introduction to Meditation for Self-Care

Suitable for anyone who cares for others, either paid or unpaid. Beginners and experienced meditators welcome.
Being a carer is tough. Putting someone else’s needs before our own can be exhausting. At times like these, we need a way to cope with the challenges we face in looking after someone else.
Caring for ourselves with meditation helps us find some inner calm and gives our mind a rest from the constant hurly-burly so that we can return and meet the challenges of our lives feeling refreshed and resourced.
Join Clare and Sinhadakini from the Norwich Buddhist Centre to learn two meditations to help you settle your mind and take care of yourself - and others.
