Every moment our life is subject to change even in so-called normal circumstances, and especially so in this time of covid. When things go well for us, it’s easy to maintain some positivity, but how do we stay afloat when the waters get really choppy? This meditation morning will develop stability, using body-based meditations and teachings from the Satipatthana Sutta (Foundations of Mindfulness).
You don’t need to have any previous knowledge or experience of Satipatthana, but ideally you would have at least a year of meditation experience behind you and a currently active meditation practice.
