Beginners Loving Kindness Meditation Online

Can we love ourselves and others more deeply? Is kindness something which we can develop?
During this four week course, two of the Buddhist Centre's most experienced teachers introduce the loving kindness meditation, a practice which teaches us to really open the heart and to overcome the obstacles to kindness. It is a practice which can protect us all in difficult times.
The two meditation practices taught at the Buddhist Centre are Mindfulness of Breathing and Metta Bhavana (Loving Kindness). Each practice is taught in a four week course that can be taken independently, but they also fit together as a pair, giving you a total of eight weeks tuition.
