Going Deeper with Meditation & Buddhism
This class combines a talk and meditation, with the aim of helping us see more clearly the Buddhist context for our meditation practice. Open to those with experience of our meditation practices.

NEW - Monthly Buddhist Sunday School
Encouraging and developing Mindfulness, Kindness and Joy, with Storytelling, Meditation, Art & Writing, Chanting and Buddhist Practice. Buddhist Sunday School is based on the Buddhist Precepts; to help our children feel held by an ethical compass they can understand and feel comfortable with.
For children aged 4 – 11 (Children under the age of 7 must be accompanied by a parent or carer).

Under 35 and interested in Buddhism? Come along to one of our monthly events to meet others and talk about meditation and Buddhist principles and practices.
We meet on the first Sunday of every month 4.30pm - 8pm at the Norwich Buddhist Centre, beginning with a shared meal at 5pm. Please bring a vegetarian or vegan dish to share.
We often meditate together and discuss aspects of Buddhism and meditation. Come along even if you haven’t been before.

Men's Buddhist Workshop
Monthly Saturday morning sessions open to all men. An opportunity for men to get together and explore and practise meditation and Buddhism. There is no charge for this. Donations welcome.

Women's Dharma Workshop
The WDW is a creative exploration of the dharma by women at the Norwich Buddhist Centre, to deepen our practise and friendships. Open to all women who regularly attend the centre.
Arrive from 5.30pm. Session runs 6 - 7.30pm
Fridays: arrive at 5:30pm for a prompt 6pm start - 7:30pm

24 Feb: Prajnaparamita Buddhist Wisdom goddess and Mother of all Buddhas.
31 Mar: Lucid Dreaming An opportunity to be together to explore mindful dreaming.
28 Apr: Small Stones A mindful writing tool.
26 May: Nagas Exploring magic and myth of the Protectors of the Buddha and the Dharma.
30 June: Buddhist Action Month (BAM) Vegan cooking and sharing a meal.
