These courses introduce the two basic meditation techniques taught at the centre. The classes are a mix of instruction, discussion and practical experience of meditating. A great way to get started.
Most regular meditators find that meditating in a group and meditating on one's own can be very different experiences. If you sit in a group it is usually easier to meditate comfortably for longer periods while you also benefit from the shared experience. Our meditation 'events' offer regular opportunities to try this.
