Under 35 and interested in Buddhism? Come along to one of our monthly events to meet others and talk about meditation and Buddhist principles and practices.
We meet on the first Sunday of every month at 4.30pm at the Norwich Buddhist Centre.
We often meditate together and discuss aspects of Buddhism and meditation. Come along even if you haven’t been before and don't know how to meditate.
We also have various social gatherings - meals, drinks, music - during the month. Find us on Facebook or email NorwichYoungBuddhists@gmail.com to find out more.
Beginners' Mindfulness Meditation MorningSo what is mindfulness, and how do you do it? How can we bring more mindfulness to our lives, and how can it have a positive effect? An opportunity to sample a deeper meditative atmosphere - there will also be an introduction to the two meditation practices we teach.
