Buddhist Practice in These Times: Between Two Worlds

**Places are limited-please book early**

Live On Zoom
Suitable for: Beginners who have learned our two meditations and Regular Sangha Members

The time between Christmas and the New Year can feel like a ‘bardo’ - an intermediate state between one life and the next. This year, as we cannot hold our usual retreat at Castle Acre, we are having another of our Zoom ‘at home’ retreats, this time for four days. This will give us all an opportunity to bring our practice to life at home whilst being supported by the team and other retreatants.

During the retreat we will refresh and renew our positive habits of Buddhist practice as well as setting up and beginning to establish new habits, helping us to thrive after the retreat ends and the New Year begins.

On this retreat we will be taking the ‘Four Mind-Turning Reflections’ or ‘Reminders’ as our theme, reflecting on this precious human birth, impermanence, karma and the defects of Samsara through a combination of talks by the team, meditations, ritual and workshops. We aim to have a spacious programme with plenty of free time and breaks.
