Our practice and teaching of yoga takes place within a context of Buddhism, which emphasises an integration of awareness and altruism leading to positive mental states.

Drop-in classes are an excellent way to try yoga if you're new to it, or to have a regular class without committing to a course. There's no need to book, just turn up on the night!
A weekly yoga class will improve your stamina, flexibility and overall health. Yoga is known to reduce stress and improve ones emotional balance. These classes are an ideal way to practice regularly.
These morning and day events are an opportunity to explore the poses in greater depth and are both challenging and highly rewarding.
