Late afternoon yoga with Suryadarshini

16 November: *special time, special price* 3 - 6pm, £23 The Breathing Body
A special three hour workshop on Saturyda. With balancing and grounding practices, pranayama (breath work), seated meditation and an extended savasana (relaxation). The savasana will include me offering individual physical adjustment, including gentle holding of your head or feet. Book here.

23 November: Turning Towards That To Which We Aspire
Twisting in yoga is a chance to wring out the spine, to articulate stiff joints and to stretch micro ligaments and tendons. It is also an opportunity to metaphorically explore what we are turning towards. Standing twists, lying twists, seated twists; you'll leave feeling limber and lighter.
