Charity yoga to help animals in need during winter time. We will approach the yoga practice with a sense of kindness towards ourselves and others. Finishing with metta meditation. Students with all levels of yoga practice are welcome. Share with us this yoga space and help animals in need. Anya`s income from this workshop will be donated to a Polish animal charity to help animals in need during winter.
