Day Retreat – At the Centre

A day of silent meditation and reflection on the six senses, six elements and the five primordial wisdoms of the five Buddhas of the Mandala.
There will be an emphasis on meditating with the body but also bringing in some visualisation techniques and deepening our going for refuge. Led by Jnanabhasa and Srirajni.

Bring vegetarian lunch to share.
