Take some time to unwind and join Karen and Chris for an afternoon of gentle yoga and relaxation.
Karen will guide you through a gentle yoga session and attendees will each receive a soothing, lavender and linseed filled eye pillow. Chris will end the afternoon with a short period of listening to music, to help you calm your mind and ground your body.
The yoga session is suitable for all levels, but must be able to get up and down from the floor unaided.
In aid of TIRATANALOKA UNLIMITED, which is raising funds for the new women’s retreat centre in Ware, Hertfordshire.
