This Very Place, The Lotus Paradise

The Buddha tells us that Nirvana is nowhere other than here! How can we make sense of this when our reality is that life is often difficult and painful. Is it really possible to experience here and now as a lotus paradise? Small steps can certainly take us in that direction when we step back from the prapañca (the mental proliferation) that creates the worry and disturbance of our mind.
