Tonglen is a meditation practice to help develop the radical compassion of the Bodhicitta - the awakened heart/mind that works for the benefit of all beings. The practice uses a combination of the breath, body awareness and visualisation.
This session is for those who feel they have a good grounding in the Metta Bhavana and mindfulness of breathing practices.
