Online Buddhist Meditation Course - Loving Kindness
Meditation is the means through which we develop our awareness, learn stillness and contentment, kindness and compassion. In this 4 week course you will learn the Metta Bhavana (loving kindness meditation) which helps to develop self awareness and positive emotion for ourselves and others.
This course is ideal for anyone not able to come to Norwich Buddhist Centre in person.
