Wednesday Buddhism and Meditation Drop In
Wednesday 12.15- 1.15pm
Join us at the Centre for this weekly lunchtime meditation and Buddhism class. Each week will feature a talk on some aspect of Buddhist practice, followed by meditation. This is a drop-in session - so no need to book - and is suitable for complete beginners, as well as those who have some ongoing practice.
This drop in will run initially for four weeks;
