Would you like to mark your New Years Eve 2024 with a sense of meaning, inspiration, warmth and connectedness? Then come and bask in the warmth of the Sangha and the new boiler at the NBC! We’ll be hosting an evening designed to help you do just that.  We will be reflecting on our year and looking forward to the next, meditating and doing a ritual to bring us fully into the new year. The programme will start at 7.30pm and continue through to midnight as we welcome in 2025 together.   

(Early nighters’ opportunity to leave during the break at 10pm.)

7.30 – 8pm:  People arrive, mulled apple juice and nibbles  

8 – 9pm:  Looking back and looking forward together – reflection, sharing

Leg stretch

9 – 10pm:  Seven-fold Puja  

10 – 10.30pm:  Social and snacks. 

10.30 – 11pm:  Sesshin with haiku poems

11pm – 12.30am:  Meditation up to midnight
