From Friday 5 May, a weekly online class with Vajraguptā
Suitable for those familiar with our two meditation practices, the format will continue to be a 30 minute talk on Buddhist teachings, followed by a 30 minute meditation. Having a Buddhist context for meditation and our lives helps us to discover the wisdom and compassion that resides in each of us. As with our previous class, you are welcome to suggest a topic, at the start of the class, from which I will draw out relevant Buddhist teachings.
