Abhaya is launching his autobiography, ‘The Return Journey’, with a reading at the Centre on Tuesday, 16th August. 7.00 for 7.15 start. Books will be available to buy on the night.

Abhaya is a senior Triratna order member who started life as a Catholic. He even trained for some years as a Catholic priest, before finding the Buddhist path. His autobiography charts this change in orientation and goes on to recount his Buddhist life, including the early days of the FWBO (now Triratna).

Amongst many other projects, Abhaya was for some years Chair of the Norwich Buddhist Centre. His coming to launch his book here is therefore a return journey in itself.
