Anya is teaching hatha yoga. Class will help you to bring attention back to your body. It starts with grounding and earthing experience. Practice is slow and attentive. We use supportive yoga equipment. Gradually through yoga stretches and stronger poses, when required, we will try to unblock energy to flow upwards towards deep relaxation and meditative states. The aim of the class is to harmonise body and mind, using yoga exercises and relaxation to facilitate the process. Class may be useful as preparation for meditation. It may help the more subtle states of the mind to manifest in the body. It may also help to lift your mood, clear energy and lighten your body experience.
