Thursday Morning Meditation Online

Every Thursday 7.30-8.30am

These early morning sessions are for those familiar with the two meditations which we teach at the Norwich Buddhist Centre – the Mindfulness of Breathing and the Metta Bhavana.

A lightly led meditation on a Tuesday morning. The people leading the class will alternate the practices each week.
