Wednesday Meet and Meditate Online

Every Wednesday 7.30-8.30am

These early morning sessions are for those familiar with the two meditations which we teach at the Norwich Buddhist Centre – the Mindfulness of Breathing and the Metta Bhavana.

Each session will begin with some time for us to share what is going on in our lives and then there will be a 40 minute meditation with minimal instruction and bells. The people leading the class will alternate the practices each week.
