The Time is Now! The Place is Here!
What does it mean to be present in the here and now? It sounds so simple: to be aware of ourself, others, the environment around us and reality. Surely this is our state all the time. But is it? We get distracted. As Dilgo Khyentse said “we are constantly assailed by memories of the past and carried away by expectations of the future and lose all awareness of the present. It is our mind that leads us astray in the cycle of existences.” Through meditation we discover the value and joy of the here and now. Join me for meditations and a short talk on the theme Join Vajraguptā for this silent online class of meditation and a short talk.
