Our six week course introduces Buddhist meditations and down-to-earth teachings that help us move beyond overwhelm and overconsumption, and into a new year with energy and clarity.
Together we’ll reflect on the whirlwind of the festive season, learn how to bring compassion and stillness into our lives, and explore simple Buddhist tools for shifting unhelpful habits – especially the ones that show up around food, drink and family!
Join us this New Year and start 2026 with a clearer mind, a kinder heart, and a fresh approach to living well. You don’t have to be a Buddhist, just someone who would like a New Year’s resolution worth sticking to.
It is particularly suitable for newcomers to Buddhism, as well as for more experienced practitioners who want to reinvigorate their practise.
