Meditation is the means through which we develop our awareness, learn stillness and contentment, kindness and compassion. The two meditation practices taught at the Buddhist Centre are Mindfulness of Breathing and Loving Kindness (Metta Bhavana). This is an online Loving Kindness course.
Each practice is taught in weekly sessions over a four week period. Each course can be taken independently, but they also fit together as a pair, giving you a total of eight weeks tuition.
From our beginners meditation courses you can move to meditation classes and courses for regulars as well as attend suitable Buddhism classes and courses.
