BIG SANGHA OPEN – WEEKEND RETREAT AT VAJRASANA

You are warmly invited to join Jnanabhasa, Srirajni, Saroja and Pundarika on our Sangha retreat. We will be exploring the Sangrahavastus, the Four Means of Unification or Sangha building, as a means for connection with one another, as we live as a spiritual community for the weekend. 
 

The Four Sangrahavastus are generosity, kindly speech, beneficial activity and exemplification and we will be weaving the essence of these into meditation, talks, discussion and ritual. 

For regulars and those who have attended at least one course with Norwich Buddhist Centre, and have experienced Buddhist ritual.

Not experienced Buddhist ritual before? Join the Full Moon gatherings on Thursday 6th April or Sunday 4th June. 

It will be hosted by: Pundarika, Srirajni, Saroja and Jnanabhasa 

The food will be vegan.  Full details to follow. 

Price: £140 Full waged / £115 Concession. NB: We have to pay more for Vajrasana for each person per night so our cost has needed to increase.  Please consider this as a fundraiser for Norwich Buddhist Centre.
