Iyengar Yoga Class level 1/2- Beginners very welcome!
Iyengar Yoga was introduced into Britain around the 1960’s.It is precise and emphasises balance and alignment. It strengthens ligaments and muscles, lubricates the joints, creates freedom of movement and tones the internal organs and nerves. The Postures (asanas) awaken and refresh body and mind, so that both become energised and relaxed.
Yoga Equipment is provided- but if you have your own yoga mat you are welcome to bring it!
