Meditation Challenge

We want to help you to transform your mind so we’ll be challenging you to meditate every day for four weeks and come to the Norwich Buddhist Centre once a week. If you’ve never meditated before, we’ll give you everything you need to set up an effective and regular practice. If you already have a meditation practice, we’ll help you to deepen and sustain it. Who knows how you’ll feel by the end of the four weeks? The Meditation Challenge could transform your life!

Here’s what you can expect from us during the Meditation Challenge:

  • daily morning meditation on Zoom Monday to Thursday 7.30am – 8.30am
  • evening meditation classes on Tuesdays, in person at the NBC 7pm – 9pm
  • weekly meditation and check-in on Fridays via Zoom – 6pm – 7pm
  • weekly emails with inspiring videos and other content
