Meditation Diaries is a new six-week course to explore and gain confidence in our own meditation practice. It is led by Sujana, one of our most experienced meditation teachers. He will be offering advice and mentoring over the six weeks from his own years of practising meditation.
Each week we will work on an aspect of the mindfulness of breathing or mettabhavana, as well as aspects of mindfulness in daily life.
The aim of the evening is to keep our own meditation fresh and alive as well as to deepen our practice in everyday life.
What to bring – bring your curiosity
NB: No course on July 13, Week 4, as there is a Full Moon Puja on that date.
