Metta for Ukraine

Doors open 6.30pm for 7pm start

We want the world to be one way but it is another, nowhere more so than in the devastation and destruction taking place in Ukraine.
Our basic assumptions about everyday life are turned upside down as we witness the suffering caused by war.
What are we to make of our responses to these events?
By reflecting on and acknowledging  our sometimes complex reactions we can move towards the truth of The Dharma and in our collective meditation bring into being the transformative quality of metta for ourselves and the world.
Join Saroja at the Norwich Buddhist centre and online on the evening of Saturday 30th April. Tea will be served afterwards.

This event will be held both at the Centre and online and is open to those familiar with the Metta Bhavana meditation practice.
