Practice Morning at the Centre – Breakout from Zoom!

Have you completed our Mindfulness and Metta meditation courses online? Let’s climb out of our Zoom boxes and mingle!

Pundarika and Saroja are bringing together folks who have begun their meditation journey online over the past year. 

Come along to experience the particular atmosphere created by meditating in a group in our wonderful Buddhist Centre. This is a great opportunity to practice, ask questions and meet your fellow course mates in person. 

Suitable for those who have completed both the Mindfulness of Breathing and Metta Bhavana courses. 

Not suitable for complete beginners or those who have not completed both of our meditation courses. There will be more beginners meditation courses starting shortly.
