The Everyday Practice of Non-Duality
ㅤ
Some Buddhist concepts are so profound that they appear to have nothing to do with us! Non-duality is one such concept, yet we can bring it into our lives in a down-to-earth way. All our likes and dislikes, our views and opinions, our alternating moods are based on our dualistic minds. This is both inevitable and also the basis of our Buddhist practice. If we want to live a contented life, without the anxieties we often give ourselves, we will need to weaken the strength of some of our dualistic habits. The benefit of such practice is that we become more equanimous in the face of all the difficulties of life. Join Vajragutpa for a silent morning of meditations and a short talk.
