War and Peace, Power and Love
Meditation and Buddhist practice teaches us to relate to other people and the world from the love mode rather than the power mode. Whilst it is easy for us to know when we’re feeling angry or hateful, it’s much harder to recognise when our behaviour is driven by the power mode. This is because our ego insists that we come first in how we relate to others (unless they are our nearest and dearest). As we grow up we become skilled at knowing how to get our own way, how to win, how to put up defences. These behaviours are all driven by the power mode, which separate us from identifying with others.
Join Vajragupta for a silent morning of meditation.
Suitable for those familiar with our two meditation practices.
