The Jhanas (Dhyanas) are states of meditative enjoyment, bliss and rapture leading to equanimity. We may think that the four Jhanas are difficult or even, beyond our capabilities to access. This is not so. We simply need the right keys to unlock them.
On this four week, in person course at the Centre, we will be exploring, through our own meditative experience, how we can encourage the necessary conditions which give rise to the Jhanas.
The course is suitable for anyone who has completed a Beginners Meditation course.
