You are warmly invited to join our Winter Sangha retreat at Vajrasana this November. It will be hosted by Pundarika, Srirajni and Saroja.
Loving kindness, compassion, joy for others and equanimity make up the Brahma Viharas – the Divine Abodes. These qualities can be uncovered and transform our relationship to who and how we are in the world. Join us on the sangha retreat to practice and reflect on these qualities in the beautiful setting of Vajrasana, a purpose built retreat centre in the heart of the Suffolk countryside.
For regulars and those who have attended at least one course with Norwich Buddhist Centre, and have experienced Buddhist ritual.
The food will be vegan.
Price: £190 Full waged / £130 Concession. NB: We have to pay more for Vajrasana for each person per night so our cost has needed to increase. Please consider this as a fundraiser for Norwich Buddhist Centre.
