A follow up to the workshop last year where shame, sex and sensuality were the themes and we explored these topics and introduced some easy grounding exercises to connect us into our lower bodies.

Join me this time for a morning of led drumming, meditation and touch exercises (drawing from my background as a Rosen Method  Practitioner and Teacher) to help us arrive more fully into our experience and deepen our capacity for self nurture.
