The theme for the next three months for our monthly mitra Saturday mornings will be Zen and this month you are invited to join Gunakara for a tea ceremony. This is an opportunity to take time out from the busyness of normal life. We will slow everything down so that we can really notice all of the sensations, and in doing so we can find a very simple source of enjoyment drinking traditional Japanese tea together.
