Katannuta – a workshop on gratitude
ㅤ
The English word ‘gratitude’ might bring to mind polite appreciation. But this doesn’t do justice to the depth and strength of the Pali word ‘Katannuta’. ‘Katannuta’ means knowing and recognising what has been done for one’s benefit. Practising katannuta authentically can transform how we see the world and ultimately our hearts and mind.
We look forward to exploring this with you in this interactive workshop.
If you would like to start exploring the theme beforehand, we invite you to listen to this talk by Sangharakshita on Free Buddhist Audio.
