Yoga classes restart from 10th June 2021

Our practice and teaching of yoga takes place within a context of Buddhism, which emphasises an integration of awareness and altruism leading to positive mental states.

Regular practice of yoga has many benefits. It brings vitality, flexibility, strength and an enhanced sense of wellbeing.

Our yoga teachers teach a variety of classes, including some online. Please contact the individual teacher to find out about their classes and to book a place.
A weekly yoga class will improve your stamina, flexibility and overall health. Yoga is known to reduce stress and improve ones emotional balance. These classes are an ideal way to practice regularly.
