Young Buddhists

Under 35 and interested in Buddhism? Come along to one of our monthly events to meet others and talk about meditation and Buddhist principles and practices.
We meet on the first Sunday of every month at 4.30pm at the Norwich Buddhist Centre.

We often meditate together and discuss aspects of Buddhism and meditation. Come along even if you haven’t been before and don't know how to meditate.

We also have various social gatherings - meals, drinks, music - during the month. Find us on Facebook or email to find out more.

Beginners' Mindfulness Meditation Morning
