Suitable for people with no previous experience. No need to book, just turn up before 10am. £7 (£5 concs.).
To take up meditation is to introduce a powerful force for change in your life. If you change your mind then the world changes too. Meditation can be the beginning of life's greatest adventure.
An opportunity to sample a deeper meditative atmosphere and be introduced to our two meditation practices.

Going Deeper Drop-in Classes
This series of classes is aimed both at people who have completed our introductory courses and wish to develop their practice, as well as at more seasoned meditators.

Under 35 and interested in Buddhism? Come along to one of our monthly events to meet others and talk about meditation and Buddhist principles and practices.
We meet on the first Sunday of every month at 4.30pm at the Norwich Buddhist Centre.
We often meditate together and discuss aspects of Buddhism and meditation. Come along even if you haven’t been before and don't know how to meditate.

Meditation in Great Yarmouth
There are regular meditation & Buddhism sessions on Tuesday evenings, 7 - 9pm at the Friends Meeting House, Howard Street, Gt. Yarmouth NR30 1LN.
We run six-week introduction to meditation courses, which you can read more about on our meditation courses page.
Drop-in class for regulars continues weekly: for the first 6 months of 2017 we're not setting fees for these classes but we do ask for a donation.
