Going Deeper Drop-in Classes
This series of classes is aimed both at people who have completed our introductory courses and wish to develop their practice, as well as at more seasoned meditators.
You can sign up for the course to benefit from the progressive teaching week on week. Have a look at our meditation courses page for more information.

Drop-In Buddhism and Meditation for Regulars
At her class on Fridays, Vajragupta talks about the Dharma for half an hour or so, invites you to take the teachings into a meditation, and then allows time to elaborate on the themes over tea and biscuits afterwards. Suitable for anyone familiar with our two meditation practices.

Intro Meditation Mornings
To take up meditation is to introduce a powerful force for change in your life, and can be the beginning of life's greatest adventure. These introductory mornings are an opportunity to sample a deeper meditative atmosphere and be introduced to our two meditation practices. No need to book, just turn up before 10am.
